Your must allow at least 8 months before your cat or dog will be
eligible to enter or re-enter the UK from non-GB countries. Your dog or cat must first be.... 1. Mircochipped (or Tatoo - French Protocol, ONLY applies to French dogs and cats, Danish, Swedish, and Belgun Dogs and
Polish Pedigree dogs) 2. Vaccination against Rabies 3. Blood Sample - to check the rabies neutralising anit-body titre is equal to, or greater than minimum of 0,5 IE/ml. Six months from the date that the blood
sample was taken the pet cat or dog is eligible to enter or re-enter the UK (provided there was a successful result). 4. Passport - obtain passport from veterinary surgeon
5. Your pet cat or dog must have been resident in an EU or low risk country for previous 6 months 6. Treatments against Tick and Echinococcus (type of tapeworm) - This must be carried out 24 hours before you wish to
travel, then you have a further 24 hours to make your crossing to the UK before the treatments become invalid. This is a requirement made for Human health. TIMING IS ALL IMPORTANT!!

Dogs and Chocolate
Dogs and Chocolate - Theo bromine is the naturally occuring compound in chocolate which makes it poisonous to dogs. It can cause
cardiac irregularity especially if dogs get excited. So make sure you only give them Pet chocolate not human chocolate .......... We will write some more on this soon.
Safe Tasty Treat recipes for your GreyhoundBeef Biscuits 2.5 cups of whole-wheat flour 6 tbsp margarine or bacon fat 0.5 cup powdered milk
1 small jar strained beef or lamb broth (baby food) 1 tsp sugar 2 tbsp water 1 egg
Mix all ingredients. Kneed for 3 minutes. Dough should form a ball. Roll out half inch thick. Cut with cookie cutter.
Place onto greased baking tray. Cook for 30 minutes at 250 degrees F.
Bad Breath Banishers 2 cups brown / white race flour 1 egg half cup chopped parsley half cup fresh mint
2/3rds cup low fat milk
Preheat over to 400 F. Lightly oil a baking sheet. Combine flour and other ingredients. Drop teaspoonfuls onto oiled sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, store
